Sales Terms
All sales are final unless the animal is found to have a pre-existing medical condition not disclosed at the time of sale. We provide full medical documentation for every animal.
Legal Compliance
All wildlife transactions comply with Thai wildlife protection laws and CITES regulations. Buyers are responsible for obtaining any permits required in their destination country.
Shipping Liability
Lucky Kennel takes all reasonable precautions during transport. However, once the animal has been handed to the carrier, liability is transferred.
